When will you be launching the service?
We are currently hard at work on our alpha release, which will be made available to a select number of people who are interested in trying out the software and providing feedback. If you are interested in participating in the process, please use the above email address. We plan to launch a fully featured Scorecrypt to the general public in late summer or early fall 2020.
What about mobile applications?
Mobile applications? You bet. In addition to the website, we will have applications for both Android and iOS. We decided to build our platform using technologies such as React.js and React Native in order to provide you with a seamless experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Who said wrestlers can also be geeks?
Why wrestling administration software?
Pure selfishness. We set out to build the product that I which I’d had last year in my first season as a head coach. I found myself constantly underwater trying to keep up with all the administrative headaches. Permission slips. Physicals. Tracking equipment. On and on. We knew there had to be a better way. So we decided to build one.
Who is on the Scorecrypt team?
Scorecrypt was founded by Brett Anderson and Nick Wroblewski to make the lives of wrestling coaches easier. Brett brings nearly 20 years of digital experience and leadership to the team and just finished his first season as a middle school head wrestling coach. Nick also brings years of digital experience, deep technical chops, and leadership to Scorecrypt.
